international : Almost every plant arrives in good condition, there are some exceptions. This all depends on the customs and how fast they let the shipment go through. I am not responsible for any delays concerning shipping, therefore i dont refund damage, loss or plants arriving in a non-reviveable state.

I am happy to send any customer a replacement IF i have any in stock, or a different plant of similair value for shipping costs.

Outside of the EU: Starting 30 06 2022 All orders will be shipped with insurance up to 100,00 euros in case of loss or damage during transportation.
